Terms of Sale: Net 30 days
Shipping Terms: Prepaid freight on orders of 1500 lbs. within a 100 mile radius
of an HTI facility
Warranty: Heads & Threads sells commercial grade products and purchases
those products to published industry standards. HTI will replace any products which have not been
produced in accordance with these industry standards. Our liability is limited to the replacement
of the nonconforming product or, at its option, refund of the purchase price. Notification must be
given within 30 days of product receipt that a nonconformance exists. This guarantee does not apply
to product that has been altered subsequent to sale. HTI does not give any warranties, either express
or implied, on any of the products that it sells. This includes implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall HTI be liable for consequential, incidental or any
other damages of any nature whatsoever, or any claim arising in any way out of the manufacture,
sale or use of these products.
Return Policy: We will accept returns if an HTI invoice was issued, parts were
stock ordered, unaltered, undamaged, in original packaging and the return made within 30 days.
