General Policy HTI ensures that contracts and orders are reviewed in order to assure that customer requirements are understood and met. RESPONSIBILITY Responsibility for contract review is shared by the Sales Manager, Senior Manager or Quality Manager. REVIEW HTI shall review all contract orders, written or verbal, for accuracy prior to acceptance. All customer specific data will be verified and documented in accordance to the quality system. AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT Contract amendments and product order changes are received and reviewed by personnel responsible for the review of initial orders. Changed orders are communicated to all within the organization that may be affected by amendments.
