QC MANUAL
This Quality Assurance Manual is the primary reference source for the quality
management team of manufacturers when producing product for Heads & Threads
International LLC (HTI). This system covers procurement, shipping, receiving,
warehousing, inspection and testing of products.
It is divided into 20 Sections corresponding to the quality system requirements
of ISO 9001: 2008. The purpose of this manual is to define and document the quality
system in order to assure quality levels of product manufactured for HTI and to
ensure that the procedures and directives contained herein are mandatory for
all personnel involved.
