General Policy The quality management system, herein documented, pertains to HTI's operating and quality procedures and reflects relevant national and international standards. QUALITY SYSTEM The quality system is structured as follows:
All personnel who manage, perform and verify work that affects quality are responsible for implementing the quality system. The CEO and VP are responsible for coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the quality system. Implementation of the quality system is assessed regularly via internal and external auditing and management reviews. QUALITY PLANNING HTI deploys a continuous improvement philosophy throughout the entire organization. All employees are encouraged to provide ideas for the improvement of processes, systems, product line and work environment. HTI is committed to assuring that all products manufactured for HTI conform in every way with all current applicable standards. Such standards include but are not limited to:
