Standard Heads and Threads handling time is 4 business days before shipment.

Please fill out the “Contact Us” form with order details and contact information to investigate. We may require a photo of the defective item.

    1. What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product, please fill out the “Contact Us” form. We will promptly provide you with instructions for a return, exchange or refund (subject to quality assurance).  We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials.  We require products be returned within 90 days of shipment in original packaging, in standard package quantity, in resalable condition and with proof of purchase from Heads and Threads.
